Although I'm tempted to make a "Happy Birthday Martin Gore!" thread right now, I decided not to since he's not going to see it anyway. But I would like to show you the result of what I was talking about in the message above, concerning his birthday:
HERE
She forgot to put in my message to Martin! :(

Depeche Mode = A Fuelling Obsession That Borders Psychosis...

"It's not easy for me to say, 'I don't think you should go to school like that.'" - Martin Gore
Depeche Mode's founder admitted it doesn't quite feel right confronting his 13-year-old daughter about her heavy makeup and dyed hair.

Daniel Miller talking about Martin:
“Martin’s a non-confrontational person, so he tends to let things go unless he feels really strongly about it. We used to call it the Arsenal syndrome, because he told this story once. When we started working together we had that usual conversation about which football team do you support and he said, ‘I suppose I support Arsenal.’ I said, ‘What do you mean?’ He told me he used to go with his friend’s dad but added, ‘I must admit I haven’t really enjoyed it for the last five years but I really didn’t want to say anything, so I’ve kept going.’ That sums up Martin completely. He doesn’t deal with things. He’d prefer to be bored every Saturday afternoon rather than upset somebody by saying he didn’t want to go. It’s quite a sweet kind of thing really.”

Have you guys seen the video for Hole to Feed already? I'm really really really (once again) REALLY sorry for doing this, but prepare for the disappointment of your life...

Seriously, this video is absurd. At first I thought it was a joke :S

To my surprise

Haha, you're so right! After I watched in I immediately called my sister and said "You gotta watch DM's new video, it's so gross! Oh no wait, don't watch it!"

I kept saying "Ewww!" out loud the whole I watched it. After that I felt slightly violated and in need of therapy. There's no way in hell Í'm ever clicking on that video again. :?

Save a spot in the therapy center for me too Linda, I just clicked on the video again(why, oh why) and I think I need some serious help. Because this time I paid attention to the hot dogs.... the damn hot dogs!!

I'm never eating fast food again, that's for sure

That video is probably one of the most disturbing ones I've ever seen.

You said it! I remember that part, cos I then put my hands in front of my eyes, and went "EWWWWW!"

I did had to giggle though when this guy squeezes this woman's breast at the end of the video. but still, I watched the video only once, and it feels like one too many.

I remember reading someone's blog who was an extra in the videoclip, and he showed photos of couples, listing them as "kissing couples". How the hell can you call that kissing?!

Every party needs a pooper,
that's why I invited you,
every good time needs a wrecker,
that's why you're here,
and because you're an exotic dancer,
it ruins everything,
every party needs a pooper thats why i invited you
